We want you to enjoy your new YoYo Mat as soon as possible. This is why we offer 4 different shipping methods for you to choose from - Express, Priority, Standard, and Economy.

Do grant us 1-2 working days for your order to be processed. Delivery times vary according to the destination country. On average, it takes 1-2 working days for Express Shipping, 2-8 working days for Priority Shipping, 6-22 working days for Standard Shipping, and 3-8 weeks for Economy Shipping.

We currently ship to 14 countries: Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, China, India, Australia, and New Zealand.

Custom and Import Charges: Depending on the destination country, you may be charge with import charges. These charges are bear by the recipient, and are not included in the total cost. Please check with your local customs office if you require more information.

Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your newly purchased YoYo Mat. Our mats are covered with a 1 year manufacturing defect warranty, however, damage from wear and tear will not be covered. If you found any manufacturing defect with your YoYo Mat within 1 year of purchase, please email us at yoyomatssingapore@gmail.com.
